Totem Condos at 17 Dundonald Street by Worsley Urban Partners is a 18-storey modern mannerist tower by RAW Design which preserves the façade of the existing 3-storey early Toronto modernist building onsite.

Totem Condos is unlike anything Toronto has ever seen. Dynamic, irreverent and bold, it reaches for the sky in a series of stacked boxes – contemporary cubist architecture executed to perfection. This isn’t just another generic glass tower, it’s a rich, thoughtful addition to the architectural texture of the city.

It’s city living that’s a shift from what’s come before. A place designed to meet the needs of urbanites looking for their own little slice of downtown. It’s not about fitting your life to a cookie cutter shape, Totem is about living your life in the perfect location that’s designed to fit you .Totem Condos is poised to be iconic, the shape of things to come.A series of illuminated boxes, carefully stacked.
