Plaza Midtown Condos is a condo and townhouse development by Plaza at 33 Holly Street, Toronto.
The new residential towers are 24 storeys (Holly Tower), located on the southwesterly portion of the site, and 32 storeys (Dunfield Tower), located on the northeasterly portion of the site. The Holly Tower and the connected floors on top of the existing building contain 223 condominium units, while the Dunfield Tower and the connected floors on top of the existing building contain 269 condominium units.
The new tower elements contains indoor and outdoor residential amenity space on the 5th floor and the remaining residential units above, with additional indoor amenity space located on the 13th floor.
